The camp itself is not organizing shared transportation from these airports, but there is a facebook page where campers can organize rideshares together!
I am traveling with friends but buying tickets separately, how will we be put together?
How can my group of 8-10 book a deluxe cabin?
On the registration form you receive via email after your ticket purchase, there is a space to comment who you want to be placed with
Have your group come up with one code word that everyone can put in the registration form, and have one member reach out to us at samclarknc@gmail.com with the code word and request
For groups up to 8 guests, there are also hotel rooms with connecting interior doors that may be reserved. These require both hotel rooms to be booked and are not available to be priced per person. Both rooms can be booked under two separate tickets, but will again need a group code word, similar to a deluxe cabin.
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes!
There is a reservation hold ticket available to purchase. This requires a down payment of $150, and then you will be invoiced 4 equal payments beginning a month after your reservation has been placed. The size of the payments will be determined based on the accommodations you indicate as your preference.
More information on the repayment policy is available when purchasing the ticket.
